The Ultimate Scratch Tournament in NW Indiana. This 6 Game Qualifer has a $100 entry fee which means you can win big. Odds of cashing are great with a 1 in 4 Cashing Ratio. 1st Place $1,000 + $500 FREE Entry into the U.S. Open

- Qualifying Round: 6 Games across 12 lanes moving pairs each game. Left Lane moves Left, Right Lane Moves Right.
- Stepladder Finals immediately following the Qualifying round. 5 Bowlers will compete in the Stepladder Finals.
- The Top 4 Scratch Series Automatically Advance to the Stepladder Finals after Game 6
- The remaining 5th spot will be determined by one more Game between spots 5-10 with total pins carrying over to that 7th Game. Random Draw for Lanes
- Any PBA Member who has an Exempt Status with the PBA is not eligible to bowl.
- Prizes: Must Have 6 Bowlers to Guarantee 1 FREE Entry into the U.S. Open.
- Prize List on the Front of Flyer is based on 40 bowlers at a 1 in 4 Cashing Ratio
- Cash and Prize List will go up or down depending on amount of entries
- Any bowler that wins a FREE entry but does not participate in the U.S. Open forfeits any money that was paid as the entry fee for the U.S. Open.
- Bowlers may not substitute U.S. Open Entry for Cash
- Pay-out same day as tournament
- This tournament is open to any bowler who is certified under the USBC or pays the USBC participation fee. Bowlers must also have had a 200 average or higher for any previous season with 36 games or more.
- The Tournament Director reserves the right to reject any entry prior to bowling.
- Once the tournament begins, no refunds will be given for any reason.
- This is not a sanctioned tournament, but All USBC Rules Apply
- The U.S. Open Tournament itself is conducted in accordance with the general playing rules of the Professional Bowling Association.
- All Decisions made final by the Tournament Director. All Pay-Outs are Final once paid out.
- Entry Fee: Pre-Pay or make a reservation BEFORE Jan. 16, 2010 = $100 per person, Walk In the Day of Tournament = $110 per Person. Side Pots Extra $20. (6 Game High Game Pot $12, 6 Game Survival $8). Plus $5 Brackets for Game Sets 1-3 & 4-6
