+ a $5 Entry into the Post Tribune Awards Tournament in May

- This tournament is open to any bowler who is a USBC Member since this is a USBC Sanctioned Tournament. (non-sport sanctioned)
- 3 Divisions: Men Women, Youth (Boys & Girls)
- Qualifying Round: 15 minutes of Practice will begin at 9:45am. Then Bowl 3 Games across 6 lanes moving pairs each game. Left Lane moves Left, Right Lane Moves Right.
- Cut to a Bracket Matchplay immediately following the Qualifying Round
- The Top 16 Men, Top 16 Youth, and Top 8 Women will advance to the Bracket Finals and seeded based on Scratch 3 Game Series.
- In the event of a tie to determine the 32nd seed, there will be a 2 ball roll off with total pin count moving on. Each ball will be worth 10. The bowler with the highest qualifying game of the day will have choice if they go first and on what lane. The other bowlers will bowl on the opposite. They will throw 1 ball, take the pin count, the next bowler will go and get their pin count. Then they will rotate lanes and do the same. The highest 2 ball total count moves on. Example: throw a strike then 9 = 19.
- In the event of a Tie in Matchplay, there will be a 1 ball roll off with higher count moving on. The higher seed will have choice to who goes first and what lane. The 2nd bowler will bowl on the opposite lane and rotate until the higher count prevails.
- Prizes
- Prize List on the Front of Flyer is based on 120 bowlers at a 1 in 5 Cashing Ratio
- Cash and Prize List will go up or down depending on amount of entries
- Bowlers may not substitute U.S. Open ½ Price Entry ($50 value) or Post-Tribune Awards Tournament Entry for Cash
- Pay-outs same day as tournament are final
- Youth Prize Money is turned into USBC SMART Scholarship Money
- No refunds will be given for any reason once the tournament begins practice.
- The Tournament Director reserves the right to reject any entry prior to bowling.
- All Decisions made final by the Tournament Director. All Pay-Outs are Final once paid out.
- Entry Fee: Pre-Pay or make a reservation BEFORE Jan. 7, 2012 = $30.00 per person, Walk In the Day of Tournament = $40.00 per Person. Side Pots Extra: $5 Brackets, $5 Survival, $5 High Game Pot
