Shaun's Tournament™ King of the HIll - Mini-Series |
The King of the Hill Mini-Series Runs October thru November and March thru May. This is open to Men and Women. You have a chance to win Cash & Bragging Rights! In addition, if your a Stardust Bowl III Fall League Bowler, you will win a 1/2 price entry and a BYE in the 1st Round of the Bowler of the Year Tournament just like the King's or Queen's of the Week would. Multiple spots paid out weekly depending on the number of entries. There will also be a Series Ending Prize Fund based on our ranking system that consists of number of games bowled. We will also have an optional $5 Side pot for the 2 game qualifier. As for the Format, you will bowl a 2 Game Qualifier. During practice, you can go on any of the lanes being used. When Practice is over we will Draw for starting lanes. The Top 2/3 Scratch Scores move on, the bottom 1/3 are out. The Top 2/3 will then bowl in 1 on 1 match play. It will be a Blind Draw each game. Come up, draw a lane, whoever is on your pair will be the bowler you will be going against. If you win you move on, you lose your out. Winners will Draw for lanes again and continue this format until 1 person is left. We will have different oil patterns out each week. |

- Open to Men and Women Adult Bowlers
- 2 Game Qualifier. The Top 2/3 move on to 1 on 1 Match Play in a Blind Draw, Bottom 1/3 field is out.
- Friday's @ 10:30pm after league
- Lanes WILL be Oiled before we start.
- Bowl on 4 Different Kegal Oil Patterns and 3 time on the House Shot in the Mini-Series. (See Schedule Below in the coming weeks)
- Rotate a pair to the right after the first qualifier game.
- Entry Fee $20.00 ($14 Weekly Prize Fund, $1 Series Prize Fund, $5 Lineage)
- Optional $5.00 High Game Pot for the Qualifier. Pays multiple spots each game depending on number of entries
- Mini-Series Ending Bonus Prize Money will be awarded by the total amount of games bowled in the mini-series. You could also look at it as 2 points per week bowled and 1 point for each game you make match play. If we get 35 bowlers per week for 7 weeks, we will have 245 bowlers times $1 per week. We can pay the Top 5. See under the weekly payout for the Series Ending Prize List.
